Este reconocimiento est\u00e1 orientado a proteger a las micro, peque\u00f1as y medianas empresas (mipymes) y a fortalecer su confianza en el mercado.<\/p>\n<p>Para el <strong>Ranking de Pago en Plazos Justos<\/strong>, las empresas pueden postularse hasta el 15 de diciembre. En el caso del <strong>Sello<\/strong>, la convocatoria ser\u00e1 permanente. Ambas iniciativas buscan que las empresas cumplan con la Ley 2024 de 2020, la cual exige que las grandes empresas paguen sus facturas en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 45 d\u00edas calendario, promoviendo la sostenibilidad financiera de sus proveedores.<\/p>\n<p>Los procedimientos para solicitar el Ranking y el Sello se pueden realizar simult\u00e1neamente en la p\u00e1gina oficial de <strong>Pago en Plazos Justos<\/strong>. El proceso incluye registrar las facturas pagadas entre el 1 de enero y el 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o anterior y clasificar los tiempos de pago seg\u00fan los intervalos establecidos. Solo ser\u00e1n elegibles las empresas que hayan cumplido con los pagos en el plazo estipulado de 45 d\u00edas o menos.<\/p>\n<p>La obtenci\u00f3n de estos reconocimientos no solo mejora el prestigio y la solidez de las empresas, sino que tambi\u00e9n fortalece la confianza de sus proveedores y contribuye a dinamizar la econom\u00eda del pa\u00eds. Las empresas galardonadas con el Sello podr\u00e1n usarlo durante dos a\u00f1os, con posibilidad de renovaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio destac\u00f3 que el cumplimiento de los plazos de pago refleja un compromiso con la sostenibilidad empresarial y el fortalecimiento de las mipymes, pilares fundamentales de la econom\u00eda nacional.
