A trav\u00e9s de la red social X, expres\u00f3 su descontento por la decisi\u00f3n del Legislativo, que coincidi\u00f3 con el reconocimiento de <em>The Economist<\/em>, posicionando a la econom\u00eda colombiana como la sexta mejor administrada de la OCDE en 2023. Petro calific\u00f3 el rechazo de la Ley como un golpe a la econom\u00eda nacional y al pueblo.<\/p>\n<p>En sus mensajes, el mandatario se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la negativa a la Ley estuvo motivada m\u00e1s por razones pol\u00edticas que econ\u00f3micas, argumentando que buscaba desfinanciar al Gobierno para debilitar su gesti\u00f3n y facilitar el regreso de antiguos modelos fiscales. Critic\u00f3 la eliminaci\u00f3n de impuestos progresivos a las empresas f\u00f3siles y grandes multinacionales, medidas que, seg\u00fan \u00e9l, fortalecen una econom\u00eda que agrava la crisis clim\u00e1tica global.<\/p>\n<p>Petro asegur\u00f3 que, pese al rev\u00e9s legislativo, la crisis presupuestal no afectar\u00e1 los programas sociales ni las iniciativas de su gobierno que han sacado a millones de personas de la pobreza. Subray\u00f3 que quienes intentan desfinanciar la justicia social han fracasado y reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de priorizar la protecci\u00f3n de los sectores m\u00e1s vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p>El jefe de Estado present\u00f3 varias propuestas para enfrentar el d\u00e9ficit presupuestal de 2025, entre las que destacan una reforma para combatir la elusi\u00f3n tributaria, diversificar la financiaci\u00f3n de la deuda, promover el turismo internacional y acelerar proyectos de energ\u00edas limpias. Tambi\u00e9n plante\u00f3 priorizar el cr\u00e9dito asociativo en la econom\u00eda popular y revisar las grandes concesiones carboneras para avanzar en la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, Petro inst\u00f3 a reestructurar las fuerzas pol\u00edticas del gobierno para responder a las decisiones del Congreso.
