Estas acciones buscan afectar las rentas criminales y proteger los ecosistemas a trav\u00e9s de esfuerzos intersectoriales. Seg\u00fan la ministra de Ambiente, Susana Muhamad, el enfoque pas\u00f3 de operativos puntuales a investigaciones profundas para desmantelar estructuras ilegales que perjudican el medio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los logros destacados, la miner\u00eda ilegal fue erradicada en Los Farallones de Cali, declarado zona libre de esta actividad. En el Parque Nacional Chiribiquete, la Operaci\u00f3n Amazon\u00eda enfrent\u00f3 cultivos il\u00edcitos y destruy\u00f3 infraestructura criminal, ocasionando p\u00e9rdidas de m\u00e1s de 3.000 millones de pesos a estas redes. Asimismo, en la frontera amaz\u00f3nica, la operaci\u00f3n binacional \u2018Entre Rutas\u2019 desarticul\u00f3 una red de tala ilegal que operaba en Colombia y Ecuador, dejando un impacto econ\u00f3mico significativo en los responsables.<\/p>\n<p>En el P\u00e1ramo de Santurb\u00e1n, operativos recientes desmantelaron instalaciones mineras ilegales, incautando materiales t\u00f3xicos como mercurio y explosivos. La ministra Muhamad anunci\u00f3 medidas preventivas de la Autoridad de Licencias Ambientales (ANLA) para cerrar t\u00faneles en Santander vinculados a actividades il\u00edcitas, fortaleciendo la protecci\u00f3n de este ecosistema estrat\u00e9gico.<\/p>\n<p>La Polic\u00eda Nacional tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 logros en incautaciones ambientales: 28.618 unidades de fauna, 331.033 de flora y m\u00e1s de 98.000 kilogramos de hidrobiol\u00f3gicos. Adem\u00e1s, en 2024 se consolid\u00f3 la Polic\u00eda del Agua, una unidad especializada que ejecut\u00f3 191 capturas, recuper\u00f3 43 fuentes h\u00eddricas y avanz\u00f3 con el \u2018Plan Amar\u00fa\u2019, enfocado en la reforestaci\u00f3n y recuperaci\u00f3n ambiental.<\/p>\n<p>En cooperaci\u00f3n con Interpol y Europol, se realizaron 12 operaciones transnacionales, incluyendo \u2018Maloca Grande\u2019, que desmantel\u00f3 dragones y maquinaria ilegal en la Amazon\u00eda.
