Este enfoque busca anticipar riesgos, promover estilos de vida saludables y brindar respuestas efectivas a las necesidades de salud de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La representante Leyla Rinc\u00f3n, del Pacto Hist\u00f3rico, calific\u00f3 como positivo el avance, destacando que priorizar la prevenci\u00f3n puede reducir los costos del sistema al evitar tratamientos complejos. Sin embargo, la representante Jennifer Pedraza expres\u00f3 preocupaci\u00f3n por el incremento en la Unidad de Pago por Capitaci\u00f3n (UPC), advirtiendo sobre la crisis actual del sistema y la incertidumbre sobre el costo por afiliado en 2024.<\/p>\n<p>Entre los art\u00edculos ya aprobados se destacan la creaci\u00f3n del Consejo Nacional de Salud, que dirigir\u00e1 el sistema bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del Ministerio de Salud, y el Sistema P\u00fablico Unificado e Interoperable de Informaci\u00f3n en Salud, dise\u00f1ado para garantizar una gesti\u00f3n eficiente y transparente de los datos generados por los actores del sistema.<\/p>\n<p>El debate continuar\u00e1 en febrero de 2025, abordando temas cruciales como el modelo de financiaci\u00f3n, la participaci\u00f3n de EPS y otros actores, la cobertura en zonas vulnerables y rurales, y la implementaci\u00f3n de estrategias predictivas y preventivas.
