Cabal calific\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n como una muestra de ineficiencia gubernamental, se\u00f1alando problemas de caja en el Estado.<\/p>\n<p>En su respuesta, Petro acus\u00f3 a Cabal de hipocres\u00eda, argumentando que ella permiti\u00f3 que el expresidente Iv\u00e1n Duque endeudara al pa\u00eds, vot\u00f3 en contra de reformas tributarias y presion\u00f3 para hundir la ley de financiamiento. Seg\u00fan el mandatario, estas acciones contribuyeron a la actual falta de recursos.<\/p>\n<p>El Ministerio de Vivienda y Fonvivienda justificaron la suspensi\u00f3n de nuevas inscripciones al programa Mi Casa Ya debido a la coyuntura presupuestal. La medida busca garantizar la sostenibilidad de los recursos proyectados para 2025, priorizando a los hogares que ya cuentan con un registro inicial en el estado \u201cInteresado &#8211; Cumple\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Solo aquellos beneficiarios que cumplan con los requisitos y est\u00e9n dentro de la disponibilidad presupuestal podr\u00e1n continuar en el proceso de asignaci\u00f3n del subsidio.
