Este incremento incluye 5.834 soldados del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional, 197 miembros de la Armada de Colombia y 953 de la Fuerza Aeroespacial. El ministro de Defensa, Iv\u00e1n Vel\u00e1squez, confirm\u00f3 estas cifras al anunciar el despliegue de cinco nuevos pelotones en Casanare, conformados por 180 soldados profesionales, y la llegada de tres m\u00e1s en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro destac\u00f3 que la pol\u00edtica de Seguridad Humana es una prioridad del sector Defensa. Esta estrategia busca transformar las condiciones en los territorios, proteger a las comunidades, garantizar el respeto a los derechos humanos y promover el cuidado del medio ambiente, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de operativos y capturas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para fortalecer la incorporaci\u00f3n, se han implementado beneficios significativos para las tropas. Entre ellos, la gratuidad en las matr\u00edculas de las escuelas de formaci\u00f3n de la Fuerza P\u00fablica, una medida que beneficia a m\u00e1s de 12.000 estudiantes, y un aumento del 70 % del salario m\u00ednimo para soldados regulares y auxiliares de Polic\u00eda, que comenzar\u00e1 a regir en enero de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El plan de mejoramiento tambi\u00e9n contempla un incremento del 72 % en la partida alimentaria diaria destinada a las tropas. Estas medidas buscan no solo incentivar la incorporaci\u00f3n, sino tambi\u00e9n mejorar las condiciones de vida de los integrantes de las Fuerzas Armadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la Polic\u00eda Nacional trabaja en una estrategia de modernizaci\u00f3n que incluye la reconstrucci\u00f3n de 280 estaciones policiales.
