Este esfuerzo, ejecutado por la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), garantiza el acceso a la tierra como un derecho fundamental, promoviendo la justicia social y el desarrollo rural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2024, se adquirieron 186.116 hect\u00e1reas dentro de un total de 448.544 hect\u00e1reas entregadas a comunidades rurales. Asimismo, se formalizaron m\u00e1s de 1.277.049 hect\u00e1reas y se otorgaron 752 titulaciones para usos diversos, como educaci\u00f3n, infraestructura vial, salud y proyectos ambientales. Este enfoque busca cerrar brechas hist\u00f3ricas en el acceso a la tierra, clave para el bienestar del campo colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un hito destacado es la creaci\u00f3n de 13 nuevas Zonas de Reserva Campesina, que abarcan 643.381 hect\u00e1reas, fortaleciendo la sostenibilidad ambiental y la econom\u00eda rural. Estas \u00e1reas son un pilar estrat\u00e9gico para el desarrollo del campo, combinando productividad con la conservaci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La justicia \u00e9tnica y territorial tambi\u00e9n ha sido prioritaria. Se adquirieron 95.271 hect\u00e1reas y se formalizaron 965.255 hect\u00e1reas para comunidades ind\u00edgenas y afrodescendientes. Adem\u00e1s, se crearon 82 nuevos resguardos ind\u00edgenas y se ampliaron 57 existentes, beneficiando a 193.845 personas en 136 municipios. Estas acciones fortalecen los derechos territoriales de las comunidades hist\u00f3ricamente marginadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para 2025, el gobierno planea ampliar los barridos prediales y reforzar los procesos agrarios, asegurando una distribuci\u00f3n justa y sostenible de la tierra.
