Seg\u00fan el Ministerio P\u00fablico, la Corte Constitucional ha establecido que los exparamilitares deben ser juzgados exclusivamente por Justicia y Paz, salvo que hayan actuado como \u00abbisagra\u00bb entre paramilitares y agentes del Estado, en cuyo caso podr\u00edan ser considerados dentro de la JEP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Procuradur\u00eda argument\u00f3 que Mancuso, como exjefe paramilitar, no cumple con los requisitos para ser juzgado por la JEP, ya que esta jurisdicci\u00f3n est\u00e1 destinada a quienes participaron en el conflicto en calidad de terceros o como destinatarios directos del Acuerdo Final de Paz, categor\u00edas en las que Mancuso no encaja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, la entidad aclar\u00f3 que los exparamilitares tampoco pueden acceder a la JEP como terceros, dado que esta calidad est\u00e1 reservada para personas que no formaron parte de grupos armados.
