Este programa se desarrolla en 15 municipios y busca garantizar los derechos de j\u00f3venes entre 14 y 28 a\u00f1os, promoviendo alternativas frente a la violencia. Tambi\u00e9n se resalt\u00f3 el programa <strong>Aguante Popular por la Vida<\/strong>, enfocado en fortalecer proyectos comunitarios de barras populares de f\u00fatbol mediante un convenio con la Universidad Pedag\u00f3gica Nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la lucha contra el hambre, el programa <strong>Hambre Cero<\/strong> entreg\u00f3 m\u00e1s de 7.000 provisiones alimentarias en regiones vulnerables como Choc\u00f3, Bol\u00edvar y La Guajira. Adicionalmente, se distribuyeron alimentos a familias afectadas por el confinamiento en el Medio y Bajo San Juan y a damnificados por emergencias invernales. Estas acciones buscan aliviar la inseguridad alimentaria en comunidades altamente afectadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio tambi\u00e9n avanz\u00f3 en la protecci\u00f3n de las mujeres mediante la creaci\u00f3n del Sistema Nacional Salvia para monitorear y atender las violencias basadas en g\u00e9nero. Asimismo, fortaleci\u00f3 19 Casas para la Dignidad de las Mujeres en 14 departamentos, que ofrecen espacios de atenci\u00f3n psicosocial, jur\u00eddica y aulas TIC. Como parte del enfoque de g\u00e9nero, se lanz\u00f3 el Plan Nacional Mujeres, Paz y Seguridad 1325 con 105 acciones espec\u00edficas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al cuidado comunitario, se implement\u00f3 la <strong>Ruta Fluvial del Cuidado<\/strong>, un barco equipado con servicios del SENA y atenci\u00f3n integral para comunidades ind\u00edgenas en la Amazon\u00eda. Para la poblaci\u00f3n migrante, el programa <strong>Ra\u00edces en Movimiento<\/strong> asumi\u00f3 la operaci\u00f3n de 11 centros Int\u00e9grate, brindando servicios a migrantes regulares e irregulares en nueve ciudades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio tambi\u00e9n trabaj\u00f3 en favor de la poblaci\u00f3n LGBTIQ+, lanzando un fondo educativo de $8.300 millones en cr\u00e9ditos condonables y el proyecto <strong>\u00a1Libres!<\/strong>, que busca prevenir violencias de g\u00e9nero en municipios de Cauca y Valle del Cauca.
