{"id":80489,"date":"2025-01-08T10:46:38","date_gmt":"2025-01-08T15:46:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=80489"},"modified":"2025-01-08T10:46:39","modified_gmt":"2025-01-08T15:46:39","slug":"se-prolonga-suspension-de-permiso-para-armas-en-el-huila","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/se-prolonga-suspension-de-permiso-para-armas-en-el-huila\/","title":{"rendered":"Se prolonga suspensi\u00f3n de permiso para armas en el Huila"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/armas-porte-huila.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-80490\" srcset=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/armas-porte-huila.jpg 700w, https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/armas-porte-huila-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La Novena Brigada del Ej\u00e9rcito Nacional mediante resoluci\u00f3n emitida el 07 de enero, prorrog\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n, de manera general, del porte de armas de fuego y\/o de armas traum\u00e1ticas, en los 37 municipios del Huila, inspecciones de Balsillas y Guayabal de San Vicente del Cagu\u00e1n, Caquet\u00e1 y el corregimiento de San Juan de Villalobos en el municipio de Santa Rosa, Cauca.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas naturales deber\u00e1n solicitar la expedici\u00f3n de un permiso especial regional o nacional para poder portar sus armas, por intermedio de la Seccional Control Comercio de Armas N\u00ba. 85 Neiva, seg\u00fan sea el caso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quienes tengan un permiso especial regional y nacional con fecha de vencimiento 31 de diciembre del a\u00f1o 2024, tendr\u00e1n autorizaci\u00f3n para portar sus armas hasta el pr\u00f3ximo s\u00e1bado 10 de febrero, de acuerdo con lo establecido por la Directiva Ministerial 0036 del 27 de diciembre del 2024, para realizar todos los tr\u00e1mites administrativos que demanda la ley, so pena de ser objeto de incautaci\u00f3n y posterior decomiso. As\u00ed mismo, la suspensi\u00f3n cobijar\u00e1 a los titulares de armas traum\u00e1ticas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prohibici\u00f3n no cobijar\u00e1 al personal activo de la Fuerza P\u00fablica, los integrantes de la Reserva de la Fuerza P\u00fablica, congresistas, magistrados de las altas cortes, entre otros servidores p\u00fablicos del orden nacional y territorial; como tambi\u00e9n, los integrantes de las empresas de vigilancia y seguridad privada cuyo permiso de porte se encuentre vigente, como est\u00e1 consignado en la Directiva Ministerial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La medida se extender\u00e1 hasta el 31 de diciembre de este a\u00f1o y se enmarca en medio de una estrategia nacional con la que se busca mantener y preservar el conjunto de condiciones de seguridad y
