Ante 2.500 recicladores, present\u00f3 el decreto 1381 de 2024, que les otorga exclusividad por 15 a\u00f1os en la actividad de aprovechamiento de residuos s\u00f3lidos. Petro critic\u00f3 los monopolios de aseo y enfatiz\u00f3 que esta medida no busca encarecer servicios, sino reducir las ganancias de grandes contratistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro explic\u00f3 que esta remuneraci\u00f3n beneficiar\u00eda a mujeres, ni\u00f1os y hombres dedicados al reciclaje, sac\u00e1ndolos de la pobreza y promoviendo un impacto social y ambiental positivo. Adem\u00e1s, resalt\u00f3 que esta labor ayuda a mitigar la crisis clim\u00e1tica, fomenta el reciclaje industrial y fortalece el equilibrio entre el ser humano y la naturaleza. El mandatario urgi\u00f3 a la CRA a expedir la resoluci\u00f3n que garantice este pago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la ministra de Vivienda, Helga Mar\u00eda Rivas, celebr\u00f3 el decreto como un logro compartido con los recicladores y destac\u00f3 su papel en la econom\u00eda circular. Subray\u00f3 que el reconocimiento exclusivo por 15 a\u00f1os permitir\u00e1 fortalecer las organizaciones de recicladores y garantizar su participaci\u00f3n real, siguiendo lineamientos de la Corte Constitucional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rivas agradeci\u00f3 a los recicladores por transformar desechos en valor y reiter\u00f3 que su trabajo no solo beneficia al planeta, sino tambi\u00e9n a la econom\u00eda nacional.
