Durante la posesi\u00f3n de Miguel Efra\u00edn Polo Rosero como magistrado de la Corte Constitucional, Petro destac\u00f3 que la soberan\u00eda popular es la base de todo poder en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la Constituci\u00f3n define a Colombia como un Estado social de Derecho, fundamentado en la igualdad y la lucha por los derechos de los m\u00e1s humildes. Resalt\u00f3 que su gobierno busca profundizar estos principios, aline\u00e1ndose con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar el bienestar del pueblo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario subray\u00f3 la importancia de respetar el voto popular, enfatizando que quienes ejercen cargos p\u00fablicos deben obedecer y servir al pueblo como aut\u00e9nticos servidores p\u00fablicos. Este llamado refuerza su compromiso con la equidad y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro elogi\u00f3 el papel de la Corte Constitucional en la defensa de los derechos fundamentales y destac\u00f3 la trayectoria de Polo Rosero, quien acumula casi una d\u00e9cada de experiencia en la Corte, desde su inicio como auxiliar judicial hasta su reciente elecci\u00f3n como magistrado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miguel Efra\u00edn Polo Rosero fue elegido por el Senado en noviembre de 2024, tras ser postulado por el Consejo de Estado.
