Aunque el Ministerio de las Culturas tendr\u00e1 una reducci\u00f3n del 21 % en su presupuesto, las entidades adscritas ver\u00e1n aumentos: el Archivo General de la Naci\u00f3n (19 %), el Instituto Colombiano de Antropolog\u00eda e Historia (17 %) y el Instituto Caro y Cuervo (8 %). Seg\u00fan el ministro Juan David Correa, estos recursos permitir\u00e1n defender programas clave y fortalecer el sector cultural.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las iniciativas destacadas est\u00e1 el Programa Artes para la Construcci\u00f3n de Paz, que beneficiar\u00e1 a 300.000 ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en 680 municipios con actividades de danza, m\u00fasica, literatura y m\u00e1s, gracias a 1.153 nuevos docentes en alianza con el Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, los j\u00f3venes podr\u00e1n participar como vig\u00edas del patrimonio y promotores de lectura en la Red Nacional de Bibliotecas P\u00fablicas, dentro del marco del Servicio Social para la Paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presupuesto tambi\u00e9n garantizar\u00e1 el desarrollo de eventos culturales como el Sal\u00f3n Nacional de Artistas y el Festival Internacional de Artes Vivas, as\u00ed como la entrega de nuevos espacios culturales, incluidos teatros, casas de la cultura y bibliotecas. Se dar\u00e1 continuidad a proyectos emblem\u00e1ticos como el Teatro C\u00e9sar Conto de Choc\u00f3 y los trabajos en el complejo hospitalario San Juan de Dios, con la restauraci\u00f3n de 12 edificios adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el MinCulturas impulsar\u00e1 el fortalecimiento de la Ley General de Cultura en el Congreso y la creaci\u00f3n del Plan Quindenial de Cultura, una hoja de ruta para los pr\u00f3ximos 15 a\u00f1os.
