Es la paz la bandera revolucionaria porque es la bandera de la vida\u201d, expres\u00f3 el mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro tambi\u00e9n hizo un llamado al poder judicial para respaldar esta medida, que le permitir\u00e1 adoptar acciones extraordinarias dirigidas a restablecer el orden p\u00fablico en una regi\u00f3n donde las autoridades enfrentan dificultades para controlar la situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje, el presidente destac\u00f3 la importancia de complementar las estrategias de seguridad con desarrollo econ\u00f3mico en las \u00e1reas afectadas por la violencia. \u201cEl copamiento militar siempre se desarrollar\u00e1 con la transformaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de las regiones bajo violencia\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro inform\u00f3 que declarar\u00e1 el estado de conmoci\u00f3n interior debido a la crisis de seguridad en el Catatumbo, generada por ataques del ELN.
