Estas iniciativas buscan beneficiar a m\u00e1s de 2,6 millones de habitantes, mejorando la conectividad para servicios esenciales y el transporte de productos. Seg\u00fan Martha Constanza Coronado, directora de la UPIT, los proyectos priorizan regiones como Alto Pat\u00eda, Norte del Cauca, Sur de Bol\u00edvar, Bajo Cauca y Nordeste Antioque\u00f1o, con \u00e9nfasis en el desarrollo de infraestructura fluvial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el programa <em>La Agenda de la Presidencia de la Rep\u00fablica<\/em>, Coronado se\u00f1al\u00f3 que estas iniciativas ser\u00e1n una hoja de ruta para futuros gobiernos, desarrolladas con las comunidades. Adem\u00e1s, anunci\u00f3 un tercer proyecto en la regi\u00f3n de los Montes de Mar\u00eda, actualmente en etapa de recopilaci\u00f3n de informaci\u00f3n. Asimismo, mencion\u00f3 que el megaproyecto del tren interoce\u00e1nico en Choc\u00f3 est\u00e1 en etapa de prefactibilidad, destacando su impacto potencial en el comercio exterior y la econom\u00eda regional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En paralelo, el Ministerio de Agricultura, representado por Jos\u00e9 Luis Quiroga, trabaja en pol\u00edticas de protecci\u00f3n de suelos agr\u00edcolas. Quiroga destac\u00f3 que, en el marco de la Reforma Agraria, se busca garantizar derechos a los campesinos y proteger los mejores suelos frente a desaf\u00edos como el cambio clim\u00e1tico y la seguridad alimentaria. En zonas como la laguna de Tota, se est\u00e1n planteando estrategias para equilibrar la actividad agroindustrial con la conservaci\u00f3n del ecosistema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dora In\u00e9s Rey Mart\u00ednez, directora de la UPRA, subray\u00f3 la importancia de delimitar la frontera agr\u00edcola del pa\u00eds, que abarca 43 millones de hect\u00e1reas. Seg\u00fan la funcionaria, la implementaci\u00f3n de pol\u00edticas a largo plazo es crucial para preservar la seguridad alimentaria y el uso sostenible del suelo.
