Sin embargo, fue contundente al se\u00f1alar su rechazo al modelo basado en el petr\u00f3leo que, seg\u00fan \u00e9l, amenaza la supervivencia de la humanidad: \u00abNo me gusta su petr\u00f3leo, Trump, va a acabar con la especie humana por la codicia\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En un tono desafiante, Petro hizo referencia a los intentos de intervenci\u00f3n extranjera en Am\u00e9rica Latina, comparando su resistencia con la de Salvador Allende en Chile. \u201cPuede con su fuerza econ\u00f3mica y su soberbia intentar dar un golpe de estado como hicieron con Allende. Pero yo muero en mi ley. Resist\u00ed la tortura y lo resisto a usted\u201d, declar\u00f3, agregando que Colombia no permitir\u00e1 nunca ser dominada por esclavistas o intervencionistas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El mandatario colombiano reivindic\u00f3 la herencia cultural y la historia de lucha por la libertad de su pa\u00eds y de Am\u00e9rica Latina. \u201cColombia es el coraz\u00f3n del mundo, la tierra de las mariposas amarillas y de los Aurelianos Buend\u00eda, de los cuales soy uno, quiz\u00e1s el \u00faltimo\u201d, enfatiz\u00f3.
