El mandatario destac\u00f3 la importancia de producir alimentos, ox\u00edgeno, limpiar el agua y agregar valor a los productos agr\u00edcolas como ma\u00edz, yuca, cacao y caf\u00e9. Esto, acompa\u00f1ado de infraestructura vial, permitir\u00eda exportar a pa\u00edses vecinos y aumentar la riqueza en la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente encomend\u00f3 a las mujeres liderar este cambio, argumentando que tienen una mayor capacidad para construir la vida y frenar la violencia en el Catatumbo. \u201cUnidas y organizadas, las mujeres pueden levantar la bandera de la paz\u201d, afirm\u00f3 Petro, subrayando que el cambio debe basarse en una econom\u00eda l\u00edcita que priorice la vida y el bienestar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia educativa, Petro inst\u00f3 al ministro de Educaci\u00f3n, Daniel Rojas, a acelerar la universalizaci\u00f3n de derechos en el Catatumbo. Propuso que los colegios puedan ofrecer formaci\u00f3n superior mientras avanza la construcci\u00f3n de la universidad de la regi\u00f3n. Actualmente, solo 393 estudiantes acceden a cursos acreditados, cifra que, seg\u00fan el presidente, debe crecer significativamente para ofrecer a los j\u00f3venes alternativas frente a la violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente tambi\u00e9n llam\u00f3 a implementar un \u2018Plan Marshall social\u2019 en el Catatumbo, con el objetivo de transformar la regi\u00f3n durante su gobierno y sentar las bases para replicar este modelo en otras zonas afectadas por la violencia, como el litoral Pac\u00edfico, Putumayo, Guaviare y Choc\u00f3. Este plan busca atacar la vulnerabilidad social y econ\u00f3mica que perpet\u00faa los ciclos de violencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro concluy\u00f3 con un llamado a la paz y a la construcci\u00f3n de un pa\u00eds que sea \u201cel coraz\u00f3n de la vida\u201d.
