{"id":81188,"date":"2025-01-28T19:28:17","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T00:28:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=81188"},"modified":"2025-01-28T19:28:18","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T00:28:18","slug":"defensa-de-epa-colombia-pide-proteccion-especial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/defensa-de-epa-colombia-pide-proteccion-especial\/","title":{"rendered":"Defensa de Epa Colombia pide protecci\u00f3n especial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/epa-colombia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-81189\" srcset=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/epa-colombia.jpg 700w, https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/epa-colombia-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Omar Ocampo, abogado de Daneidy Barrera, conocida como Epa Colombia, pedir\u00e1 medidas especiales de seguridad e incluso que la influencer sea recluida en una guarnici\u00f3n militar o estaci\u00f3n de Polic\u00eda ante el riesgo que corre de ser enviada a una c\u00e1rcel com\u00fan, para pagar la condena de 5 a\u00f1os y 2 meses que le impuso la Corte Suprema de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta petici\u00f3n fue realizada tras visitar en los calabozos del B\u00fanker de la Fiscal\u00eda a Epa Colombia, qui\u00e9n fue detenida por orden de la Corte Suprema que la hall\u00f3 culpable de cometer los delitos de perturbaci\u00f3n en servicio p\u00fablico de transporte colectivo u oficial, instigaci\u00f3n a delinquir con fines terroristas y da\u00f1o en bien ajeno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPues vamos a hacer unas solicitudes especiales en la medida que se pueda, si hay un sitio especial de reclusi\u00f3n o qu\u00e9 medidas de seguridad y protecci\u00f3n le garantizar\u00eda el Estado por intermedio del Inpec (\u2026) por supuesto, como madre cabeza de familia tiene un derecho sobre todo esa menor que es una ni\u00f1a de ocho o nueve meses reci\u00e9n cumplidos que es el derecho de los menores de edad como un derecho universal y constitucional prevalente\u201d, dijo el jurista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se\u00f1al\u00f3: \u201cSe ha explicado que es una persona que ya tiene un perfil empresarial muy gigante que de pronto pueda correr ciertos riesgos de seguridad en cualquier prisi\u00f3n normal y pues deber\u00eda estar en una guarnici\u00f3n militar, polic\u00eda o en un sitio especial, de pronto en un pabell\u00f3n especial. Lo que el Estado le pueda brindar es lo que se necesita para ciertas personas como ha ocurrido con alguna clase de pol\u00edticos, con alguna clase de funcionarios, con alguna clase de personas que tienen un perfil diferente y que requieren una protecci\u00f3n especial\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La condena contra la joven creadora de contenido y empresaria, se fundament\u00f3 entre otras pruebas clave en un video que grab\u00f3 y divulg\u00f3 la propia influencer en el que aparec\u00eda destruyendo con un martillo una estaci\u00f3n de Transmilenio del sector de Molinos, en Bogot\u00e1, en el marco de las protestas sociales de noviembre de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El abogado Ocampo, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la defensa tambi\u00e9n eval\u00faa acudir a instancias internacionales como la Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, al advertir que en este caso la Fiscal\u00eda infl\u00f3 la imputaci\u00f3n al juzgarla por instigaci\u00f3n para delinquir con fines terroristas tras los hechos ocurridos en medio de las protestas de noviembre de 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este mi\u00e9rcoles la Sala Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia har\u00e1 lectura de la sentencia en su integridad y con los respectivos alcances judiciales en la que se se\u00f1ala sentencia le niega la posibilidad de sustituir la reclusi\u00f3n en una prisi\u00f3n, por casa por c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con el fallo tambi\u00e9n se plantea que la prohibici\u00f3n para el uso de sus redes sociales se prolongar\u00eda por el mismo tiempo de la pena de prisi\u00f3n, es decir, durante los 5
