En la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional para la Coordinaci\u00f3n y Seguimiento de los Procesos Electorales, asegur\u00f3 que el Gobierno garantiza la seguridad, financiaci\u00f3n y condiciones necesarias para las elecciones de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cristo reiter\u00f3 que no se ha recortado el presupuesto de la Registradur\u00eda ni del Consejo Nacional Electoral (CNE), aunque admiti\u00f3 que algunas partidas fueron aplazadas debido a restricciones fiscales. Sin embargo, enfatiz\u00f3 que esto no afecta el funcionamiento de estas entidades y anunci\u00f3 una mesa t\u00e9cnica con el Ministerio de Hacienda para revisar la posibilidad de ajustar los aplazamientos cuando mejore el recaudo fiscal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En materia de seguridad, el ministro subray\u00f3 que el Acuerdo de Paz permiti\u00f3 desvincular las armas de las elecciones y reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso del Gobierno de evitar cualquier interferencia de grupos armados en los comicios. Adem\u00e1s, insisti\u00f3 en que todas las instituciones deben trabajar coordinadamente con la Polic\u00eda y las Fuerzas Militares para garantizar elecciones pac\u00edficas y seguras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Cristo hizo un llamado a la responsabilidad de los l\u00edderes pol\u00edticos, desestimando afirmaciones sobre un supuesto control de grupos ilegales en m\u00e1s de 400 municipios. Asegur\u00f3 que, si bien existen desaf\u00edos, la Fuerza P\u00fablica sigue actuando para garantizar el control del territorio.
