Seg\u00fan la empresa, desde el 30 de enero, cuando la CREG public\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n, comenz\u00f3 a correr el plazo para su aplicaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta normativa establece los requisitos para la implementaci\u00f3n de la Resoluci\u00f3n 101 066 de diciembre de 2024 e incluye aspectos obligatorios relacionados con la liquidaci\u00f3n en condiciones de escasez. XM indic\u00f3 que en un plazo de 15 d\u00edas, es decir, hasta el 14 de febrero, finalizar\u00e1 la primera fase de aplicaci\u00f3n de las nuevas reglas definidas por la CREG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, se ejecutar\u00e1 un per\u00edodo adicional de 15 d\u00edas para la implementaci\u00f3n de las disposiciones sobre la liquidaci\u00f3n en condiciones de escasez, proceso que concluir\u00e1 el 1 de marzo de 2025. Durante esta etapa, XM publicar\u00e1 los resultados de las liquidaciones para garantizar la transparencia con los agentes del mercado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, la empresa reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con el cumplimiento de los plazos establecidos y asegur\u00f3 que ya hab\u00eda iniciado trabajos internos para adecuar el sistema antes de la oficializaci\u00f3n de la normativa.
