Esta medida responde al llamado del presidente Gustavo Petro, quien inst\u00f3 a los connacionales en situaci\u00f3n irregular a regresar al pa\u00eds, asegurando apoyo financiero para su estabilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entidad, encargada de fortalecer la inclusi\u00f3n social y productiva, garantizar\u00e1 una oferta de programas dirigidos a esta poblaci\u00f3n. Seg\u00fan Cielo Rusinque, directora de Prosperidad Social, la iniciativa busca ofrecer oportunidades de generaci\u00f3n de ingresos para evitar la emigraci\u00f3n forzada por falta de empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respuesta a este desaf\u00edo, la Caja de Compensaci\u00f3n Comfenalco Antioquia manifest\u00f3 su disposici\u00f3n para colaborar con el Gobierno. Propuso un acuerdo interinstitucional que brinde asistencia inmediata y acompa\u00f1amiento a los retornados, con apoyo en capacitaci\u00f3n, inserci\u00f3n laboral y emprendimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La estrategia se alinea con el protocolo de la Canciller\u00eda para atender a migrantes en dos fases: asistencia en su llegada y seguimiento en territorio.
