Adem\u00e1s, denuncia que sus trabajadores han sido desplazados con violencia sin que las autoridades hayan tomado medidas para recuperar el control. La mina, una de las m\u00e1s grandes de oro subterr\u00e1neo, cuenta con licencia ambiental desde 2016 y fue declarada Proyecto de Inter\u00e9s Nacional Estrat\u00e9gico (Pine).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los demandantes argumentan que estos hechos constituyen una violaci\u00f3n del est\u00e1ndar de trato m\u00ednimo, afectando la seguridad jur\u00eddica y la estabilidad de su inversi\u00f3n. Mientras tanto, la ANDJE adelanta la selecci\u00f3n de la firma internacional que apoyar\u00e1 la defensa de Colombia, la cual deber\u00e1 demostrar una tasa de \u00e9xito m\u00ednima del 75 % en casos similares en Am\u00e9rica Latina durante los \u00faltimos 15 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez elegida la firma asesora, Colombia presentar\u00e1 su defensa ante el CIADI dentro de los plazos establecidos.
