{"id":81859,"date":"2025-02-18T12:26:49","date_gmt":"2025-02-18T17:26:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=81859"},"modified":"2025-02-18T12:26:51","modified_gmt":"2025-02-18T17:26:51","slug":"capturado-individuo-con-armas-en-su-poder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/capturado-individuo-con-armas-en-su-poder\/","title":{"rendered":"Capturado individuo con armas en su poder"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/detenido-armas.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-81860\" srcset=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/detenido-armas.jpg 700w, https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/02\/detenido-armas-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En el marco de los planes de vigilancia y control adelantados por la Polic\u00eda Metropolitana de Neiva, logr\u00f3 la captura en flagrancia de un ciudadano por el delito de fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los hechos ocurrieron en el municipio de Palermo, cuando a trav\u00e9s del dispositivo PDA, se recibi\u00f3 una alerta ciudadana indicando que, en un establecimiento abierto al p\u00fablico, una persona se encontraba portando un arma de fuego.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Atendiendo de inmediato el llamado, se identifica un ciudadano de 26 a\u00f1os que, al notar la presencia policial, toma una actitud sospechosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al realizar el registro se halla una pistola que conten\u00eda un proveedor con dos cartuchos, uno de los cuales presentaba modificaciones al contener un bal\u00edn met\u00e1lico en su interior.<br>Ante la verificaci\u00f3n del arma y la confirmaci\u00f3n de la falta de permisos legales, los uniformados procedieron a leerle los derechos al capturado.
