La medida busca garantizar el financiamiento de servicios y tratamientos no cubiertos por la UPC, como los de alto costo y enfermedades raras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Hacienda oficializ\u00f3 el pago mediante la Resoluci\u00f3n 0369 del 19 de febrero de 2025, en la que reconoce esta obligaci\u00f3n como deuda p\u00fablica de la Naci\u00f3n. La reliquidaci\u00f3n fue determinada por la ADRES, entidad encargada de administrar los recursos del sistema de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los recursos ser\u00e1n entregados a las EPS en cuatro giros: tres de $200 mil millones en febrero, marzo y abril, y un \u00faltimo desembolso de $219.667 millones en mayo.
