La plataforma virtual habilitada sigue abierta para que los colombianos formulen preguntas hasta el 21 de abril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El ministro Armando Benedetti inform\u00f3 que estas propuestas est\u00e1n en revisi\u00f3n y ser\u00e1n llevadas al Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica despu\u00e9s de Semana Santa. Algunas ya han sido discutidas con el presidente Gustavo Petro y en mesas t\u00e9cnicas con el Ministerio de Trabajo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa busca incorporar la voz de la ciudadan\u00eda en las decisiones legislativas sobre temas laborales. Entre los aspectos m\u00e1s comentados se encuentran las garant\u00edas para los trabajadores y la formalizaci\u00f3n del empleo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benedetti destac\u00f3 que esta herramienta fortalece la democracia participativa y garantiza que las reformas respondan a las verdaderas necesidades del pa\u00eds.
