Autoridades y l\u00edderes comunales coincidieron en la necesidad de avanzar hacia una mejor articulaci\u00f3n entre gobierno y comunidad, respaldados por el trabajo del IDACO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente encargado del IDACO, Jaime Perdomo, destac\u00f3 que solo con trabajo articulado se pueden optimizar los recursos p\u00fablicos y dar respuestas concretas a las necesidades locales. Adem\u00e1s, se reconoci\u00f3 la labor de las Juntas en la ejecuci\u00f3n de proyectos comunitarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luis Humberto Sotto, vicepresidente de la Federaci\u00f3n Comunal, denunci\u00f3 la creciente inseguridad que enfrentan los l\u00edderes en las zonas rurales, se\u00f1alando que muchos deben elegir entre arriesgar su vida al denunciar o abandonar su labor. Pidi\u00f3 medidas urgentes para protegerlos y garantizar su integridad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, se abord\u00f3 la urgencia de ajustar la ordenanza 30 a la nueva ley comunal 2166.
