{"id":82246,"date":"2025-04-27T10:58:57","date_gmt":"2025-04-27T15:58:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=82246"},"modified":"2025-04-27T20:30:54","modified_gmt":"2025-04-28T01:30:54","slug":"jep-entrego-cuerpo-de-juan-diego-a-su-familia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/jep-entrego-cuerpo-de-juan-diego-a-su-familia\/","title":{"rendered":"JEP entreg\u00f3 cuerpo de Juan Diego a su familia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/muertos.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-82247\" srcset=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/muertos.jpg 700w, https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/muertos-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Juan Diego Mart\u00ednez Pe\u00f1a es la segunda de las 32 v\u00edctimas de desaparici\u00f3n forzada documentadas por la JEP en el Huila que ha sido identificada y entregada a su familia, en el marco del Caso 03: asesinatos y desapariciones forzadas presentadas ileg\u00edtimamente como bajas en combate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque este crimen ya hab\u00eda sido confesado en el proceso judicial ante la JEP, solo hasta ahora, gracias al trabajo articulado con la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y el Instituto Nacional de Medicina Legal, fue posible hallar e identificar su cuerpo, el cual fue entregado a su familia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ocho meses despu\u00e9s de la Audiencia de Reconocimiento de Verdad del Subcaso Huila \u2014en la que ocho comparecientes confesaron el crimen de Juan Diego, sus seres queridos pudieron, al fin, darle la sepultura digna que el conflicto armado les hab\u00eda negado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En una ceremonia \u00edntima realizada este s\u00e1bado, 26 de abril, familiares, amigos y allegados iniciaron el duelo que durante a\u00f1os estuvo suspendido por la incertidumbre sobre su paradero. Juan Diego ten\u00eda 23 a\u00f1os cuando desapareci\u00f3 sin dejar ning\u00fan rastro. Su familia no lo report\u00f3 como desaparecido, pues guardaba la esperanza de que regresara a casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2016, ocho a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s de su desaparici\u00f3n, recibieron una notificaci\u00f3n de la Fiscal\u00eda que les indicaba que Juan Diego podr\u00eda estar entre un grupo de cuerpos reportados como no identificados (CNI). Con este hecho se apag\u00f3 la ilusi\u00f3n de volverlo a ver en el seno de su hogar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La entrega digna de Juan Diego fue posible gracias al trabajo articulado de la magistratura con el Grupo Interno de Trabajo de B\u00fasqueda, Identificaci\u00f3n y Entrega de Personas Desaparecidas (GRUBE) de la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Naci\u00f3n y la Unidad para la Atenci\u00f3n y Reparaci\u00f3n Integral a las V\u00edctimas (UARIV).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Juan Diego Mart\u00ednez Pe\u00f1a es la segunda de las 32 v\u00edctimas de desaparici\u00f3n forzada documentadas por la JEP en el Huila que ha sido identificada y entregada a su familia, en el marco del Caso 03: asesinatos y desapariciones forzadas presentadas ileg\u00edtimamente como bajas en combate.
