Los recursos provienen del Sistema General de Participaciones (SGP), espec\u00edficamente de la \u00faltima doceava del 2024, lo que permitir\u00e1 continuar con la ejecuci\u00f3n del plan de desarrollo municipal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Durante la sesi\u00f3n, Nicol\u00e1s Guti\u00e9rrez Quintero, asesor jur\u00eddico, present\u00f3 el concepto legal que respalda la viabilidad del proyecto 010, conforme a las normas constitucionales y legales vigentes. Por su parte, el an\u00e1lisis econ\u00f3mico subray\u00f3 la necesidad de ajustar el presupuesto aprobado mediante el Decreto 0616 de 2024, incorporando los nuevos recursos asignados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El concejal ponente Juan Carlos Parada destac\u00f3 que esta adici\u00f3n presupuestal cumple con la normativa establecida y explic\u00f3 que los fondos estar\u00e1n dirigidos principalmente a los sectores de salud, educaci\u00f3n y deporte. Adem\u00e1s, enfatiz\u00f3 que la informaci\u00f3n sobre la distribuci\u00f3n de los recursos estar\u00e1 disponible en la p\u00e1gina web del Concejo para garantizar la transparencia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Finalmente, el secretario de Hacienda, \u00d3scar Iv\u00e1n Leiva Bocanegra, resalt\u00f3 que estos recursos son esenciales para asegurar la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios b\u00e1sicos en Neiva.
