Mientras en pa\u00edses de altos ingresos la tasa de supervivencia supera el 80%, en Colombia apenas llega al 30%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El ministro Jaramillo anunci\u00f3 programas de capacitaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica y la adquisici\u00f3n de tres buques hospitales, pero representantes del Congreso advirtieron que persisten barreras de acceso y atenci\u00f3n oportuna. La congresista Martha Alfonso pidi\u00f3 soluciones urgentes a las quejas de los pacientes, mientras que Hugo Archila exigi\u00f3 acciones que prioricen la salud infantil m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de las cifras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Desde el sector salud se reiter\u00f3 la importancia de los esfuerzos interinstitucionales, pero se hizo un llamado urgente al Estado para garantizar recursos estables y una pol\u00edtica sostenida. Se alert\u00f3 que, sin un compromiso real, ser\u00e1 dif\u00edcil enfrentar el aumento sostenido de casos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colombia se ha sumado a la Iniciativa Global para el C\u00e1ncer Infantil de la OMS, que busca elevar la tasa de supervivencia al 60% para 2030.
