La propuesta, liderada por la senadora Lorena R\u00edos y con ponencia de los representantes Alexandra V\u00e1squez y Jairo Cristo, est\u00e1 a la espera de conciliaci\u00f3n y sanci\u00f3n presidencial para convertirse en ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El objetivo central de esta ley es crear un Programa Nacional de Acompa\u00f1amiento Integral al Egresado, que fortalezca la oferta estatal y genere redes de apoyo que faciliten la inclusi\u00f3n social, el desarrollo de habilidades y la transici\u00f3n hacia una vida aut\u00f3noma y productiva. La poblaci\u00f3n beneficiaria se divide en tres grupos: j\u00f3venes egresados del sistema, aquellos pr\u00f3ximos a egresar con declaratoria de adoptabilidad y mayores de edad con discapacidad que a\u00fan permanecen bajo protecci\u00f3n del ICBF.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las medidas contempladas se encuentra la creaci\u00f3n de Unidades de Acompa\u00f1amiento Integral para fortalecer habilidades sociales, emocionales, educativas y laborales, adem\u00e1s de un apoyo econ\u00f3mico equivalente al 80 % del salario m\u00ednimo durante seis meses. Tambi\u00e9n se prioriza su acceso a programas sociales y educativos hasta los 28 a\u00f1os y se establece formaci\u00f3n especializada para el personal del ICBF en temas de apoyo psicoafectivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La representante V\u00e1squez destac\u00f3 que esta ley busca cerrar brechas para una poblaci\u00f3n hist\u00f3ricamente desprotegida.
