{"id":82522,"date":"2025-05-05T18:52:15","date_gmt":"2025-05-05T23:52:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=82522"},"modified":"2025-05-05T18:52:16","modified_gmt":"2025-05-05T23:52:16","slug":"detenida-banda-por-hurto-en-florencia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/detenida-banda-por-hurto-en-florencia\/","title":{"rendered":"Detenida banda por hurto en Florencia"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"700\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/detenidos-florencia.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-82523\" srcset=\"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/detenidos-florencia.jpg 700w, https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/detenidos-florencia-300x171.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Siete hombres, integrantes de una banda de fleteros que protagoniz\u00f3 el robo de 25 millones de pesos en efectivo, fueron enviados a la c\u00e1rcel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de Dora Bianey Romero Mac\u00edas, Nicol\u00e1s David Ram\u00edrez Polanco, Yeferson Alex\u00e1nder Vanegas Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez, Leodilber Bocanegra Niassa, Henry Fernando Meneses Chavarro, Nawly Alejandra Su\u00e1rez Collazos y Yordan Estiben Ortega Fern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El grupo fue cobijado con medida de aseguramiento en centro carcelario por el juez de garant\u00edas de la ciudad de Florencia (Caquet\u00e1), luego de los argumentos del fiscal que los consider\u00f3 \u201cun peligro para la sociedad\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal les imput\u00f3 los delitos de fabricaci\u00f3n, tr\u00e1fico, porte o tenencia de armas de fuego, accesorios, partes o municiones; hurto calificado y receptaci\u00f3n, todas las conductas agravadas. Cargos que no fueron aceptados por la banda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El fiscal manifest\u00f3 que estas personas estar\u00edan involucradas en los hechos registrados el pasado 30 de abril, en medio de un hurto, bajo la modalidad de fleteo, en Florencia, en horas de la tarde, cuando la v\u00edctima fue abordada frente a su residencia, en el barrio Juan XXIII, al parecer, por dos hombres armados, quienes, despu\u00e9s, fueron identificados como Ram\u00edrez Polanco y Vanegas Ord\u00f3\u00f1ez. \u201cMediante intimidaci\u00f3n, le habr\u00edan hurtado un bolso que conten\u00eda la suma de 25.000.000 de pesos, joyas, un celular, ropa nueva y su billetera con documentos personales\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho se produjo despu\u00e9s de que la v\u00edctima saliera de una sucursal bancaria, donde hab\u00eda retirado el dinero, y fue \u2018marcada\u2019, al parecer, por Romero Mac\u00edas, quien se encontraba en ese lugar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mediante rastreo del equipo celular hurtado, las autoridades ubicaron a siete personas en el asentamiento irregular denominado Villa de Dios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All\u00ed les fueron incautados algunos de los bienes pertenecientes a la v\u00edctima, dos armas de fuego, tres motocicletas, y un autom\u00f3vil.
