Sin embargo, el n\u00famero de <strong>personas fallecidas<\/strong> se redujo a la mitad, pasando de <strong>cuatro muertes en abril de 2024<\/strong> a <strong>dos en 2025<\/strong>, seg\u00fan datos del Observatorio de Seguridad Vial. Las v\u00edctimas fatales fueron identificadas como <strong>Galo Eduardo Baham\u00f3n<\/strong> y <strong>Juan Gabriel Perdomo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al total de afectados, los <strong>heridos aumentaron en un 31,8%<\/strong>, pasando de 22 a 29 personas, y los casos con da\u00f1os materiales subieron de dos a tres, lo que representa un incremento del 50%. Las <strong>comunas Cuatro, Seis y Uno<\/strong> concentraron el 44,1% de los accidentes reportados, siendo los sectores con mayor \u00edndice de siniestralidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>choques representaron el 64,7%<\/strong> de los siniestros viales del mes, y en el <strong>94,7%<\/strong> de estos estuvo involucrada al menos una motocicleta. Los barrios <strong>C\u00e1ndido Legu\u00edzamo<\/strong> y <strong>El Altico<\/strong> destacaron como los de mayor incidencia, con el 5,88% de los casos cada uno. El s\u00e1bado fue el d\u00eda con m\u00e1s accidentes, concentrando el <strong>32,5%<\/strong> del total, y las franjas horarias de mayor riesgo fueron entre la <strong>medianoche y las 6:00 a.\u202fm.<\/strong> y entre las <strong>8:00 a.\u202fm. y el mediod\u00eda<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El comparendo m\u00e1s aplicado en abril fue el C02, por <strong>parquear en sitios prohibidos<\/strong>.
