La iniciativa fue elaborada con el consenso de la Corte Suprema, la Fiscal\u00eda y el Ministerio de Justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El proyecto busca equilibrar el sistema penal acusatorio mediante herramientas como la reparaci\u00f3n integral, preacuerdos judiciales, el principio de oportunidad y la terminaci\u00f3n anticipada de procesos, con el objetivo de reducir la congesti\u00f3n judicial y brindar respuestas m\u00e1s eficaces a las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los ponentes del proyecto, entre ellos los representantes Julio C\u00e9sar Triana, Ana Paola Garc\u00eda y Her\u00e1clito Landinez, destacaron que esta reforma tiene un enfoque t\u00e9cnico y humanista, recoge opiniones de diversos sectores sociales y no implica nuevas cargas fiscales. Adem\u00e1s, pretende modernizar la justicia penal sin sacrificar garant\u00edas procesales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los cambios propuestos, se incluye la eliminaci\u00f3n de restricciones para otorgar beneficios a quienes acepten cargos tempranamente, lo que busca evitar la revictimizaci\u00f3n y fomentar soluciones r\u00e1pidas.
