No levantar un solo arma contra el pueblo\u201d, dijo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petro responsabiliz\u00f3 al presidente del Congreso, Efra\u00edn Cepeda, de cerrar la votaci\u00f3n sin permitir que todos los senadores presentes pudieran sufragar, incluida Marta Peralta. El proyecto, que conten\u00eda 12 preguntas relacionadas con la Reforma Laboral, fue rechazado por 49 votos frente a 46.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe de Estado acus\u00f3 a sectores del Congreso de \u201cburlarse del pueblo\u201d y asegur\u00f3 que fuerzas del capital y del poder tradicional se resisten a sus reformas sociales. Tambi\u00e9n denunci\u00f3 un posible voto \u201csospechoso\u201d durante el proceso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante lo que consider\u00f3 una \u201cruptura democr\u00e1tica\u201d, Petro convoc\u00f3 a la ciudadan\u00eda a reunirse en cabildos abiertos en todos los municipios del pa\u00eds.
