La Gobernaci\u00f3n del Huila reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con la prevenci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n de las violencias basadas en g\u00e9nero, durante el m\u00e1s reciente subcomit\u00e9 del Mecanismo Articulador Departamental. En este espacio, las entidades participantes revisaron el plan de acci\u00f3n y acordaron fortalecer las estrategias que garantizan la protecci\u00f3n integral de mujeres, ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes en todo el territorio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este compromiso se consolida con la expedici\u00f3n del Decreto 533 de 2024, que crea el nuevo Mecanismo Articulador Departamental como Comit\u00e9 Intersectorial para el Abordaje Integral de las Violencias por razones de sexo y g\u00e9nero. La iniciativa reemplaza el Decreto 312 de 2022 y busca una coordinaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s efectiva entre entidades p\u00fablicas y privadas con enfoque de derechos, g\u00e9nero, curso de vida, \u00e9tnico y de discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el Subcomit\u00e9 de Prevenci\u00f3n y Promoci\u00f3n, se evaluaron los avances en las estrategias lideradas por cada entidad. Seg\u00fan Ang\u00e9lica Arteaga Reina, secretaria de Mujer, Familia e Inclusi\u00f3n Social, la revisi\u00f3n del plan de acci\u00f3n permite afinar las responsabilidades institucionales y reforzar el trabajo conjunto para erradicar la violencia en el departamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Comit\u00e9 lo integran entidades clave como las Secretar\u00edas de Salud y Educaci\u00f3n, la Polic\u00eda Nacional, Medicina Legal, el ICBF, la Universidad Surcolombiana, entre otras. Su labor incluye enfrentar problem\u00e1ticas como la trata de personas, el reclutamiento forzado, el abuso sexual y otros delitos que afectan a mujeres y menores, adem\u00e1s de brindar asistencia t\u00e9cnica a los municipios y hacer seguimiento a los planes locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La patrullera Carla Pineda destac\u00f3 la importancia de la articulaci\u00f3n institucional para prevenir la violencia contra las mujeres, incluyendo feminicidios y violencia sexual. Esta labor conjunta reafirma el compromiso del Huila con la construcci\u00f3n de un territorio seguro, equitativo e incluyente para todas y todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
