Con el fin de garantizar un 64\u00b0 Festival del Bambuco en San Juan y San Pedro seguro, la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva lider\u00f3 un recorrido por la ruta oficial de los desfiles junto a entidades como la Polic\u00eda Nacional, Defensa Civil, Cruz Roja, Ciudad Limpia, Bomberos, Las Ceibas EPN y la Oficina de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo. Esta visita t\u00e9cnica permiti\u00f3 identificar ajustes necesarios en espacio p\u00fablico, movilidad y ornato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El recorrido fue precedido por varias semanas de mesas de trabajo donde cada instituci\u00f3n present\u00f3 su plan de contingencia. Estos planes fueron unificados en una estrategia com\u00fan para responder de manera eficaz a cualquier eventualidad, priorizando la seguridad de los asistentes y el buen desarrollo del evento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Omar Quintero, director de la Oficina del Festival, destac\u00f3 que el objetivo es asegurar condiciones \u00f3ptimas de movilidad, poda, seguridad vial y ornato. \u201cQueremos que quienes asistan se sientan seguros, con v\u00edas habilitadas y en condiciones \u00f3ptimas\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Oficina de Gesti\u00f3n del Riesgo, que lidera el Puesto de Mando Unificado, enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de esta revisi\u00f3n en terreno para anticiparse a posibles riesgos. Mar\u00eda Amelia Monroy, su directora, explic\u00f3 que este diagn\u00f3stico busca garantizar unas fiestas tranquilas y en paz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, la estrategia de embellecimiento, coordinada con Ciudad Limpia, fortalece el sentido de pertenencia y proyecta una imagen positiva de Neiva.
