La Corporaci\u00f3n Aut\u00f3noma Regional del Alto Magdalena \u2013 CAM exhorta a las empresas forestales del Huila, tanto maderables como no maderables, a registrarse en el Libro de Operaciones Forestales en L\u00ednea (LOFL), una herramienta clave para asegurar la trazabilidad, legalidad y sostenibilidad de sus actividades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este libro debe incluir informaci\u00f3n detallada sobre cada operaci\u00f3n, como fechas, vol\u00famenes y especies procesadas, procedencia de la materia prima, salvoconductos, y datos de proveedores y compradores. El registro se realiza a trav\u00e9s de la Ventanilla Integral de Tr\u00e1mites Ambientales en L\u00ednea \u2013 VITAL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan Osiris Peralta, profesional forestal de la CAM, las empresas que ya cuentan con el libro f\u00edsico podr\u00e1n migrar progresivamente al formato digital durante 2025. Mientras tanto, deber\u00e1n continuar diligenciando el libro f\u00edsico conforme al formato oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, la CAM record\u00f3 que para la exportaci\u00f3n de productos forestales es obligatorio contar con el LOFL y la Remisi\u00f3n de la Empresa Forestal (REF). Asimismo, para la movilizaci\u00f3n dentro del pa\u00eds, se exige el Salvoconducto \u00danico Nacional en L\u00ednea (SUNL) cuando los productos provienen del bosque natural o un certificado del ICA si se originan en plantaciones comerciales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Productos transformados con caracter\u00edsticas espec\u00edficas (secado, cepillado y espesor limitado) est\u00e1n exentos del salvoconducto. Sin embargo, los que no cumplan estos requisitos deben portarlo obligatoriamente, o podr\u00e1n ser incautados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La CAM reitera que las facturas no constituyen prueba de legalidad ambiental y continuar\u00e1 acompa\u00f1ando y vigilando a las empresas forestales para garantizar el cumplimiento de la normativa y la protecci\u00f3n de los recursos naturales del Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
