{"id":8296,"date":"2020-12-10T08:17:21","date_gmt":"2020-12-10T13:17:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/?p=8296"},"modified":"2020-12-10T08:17:23","modified_gmt":"2020-12-10T13:17:23","slug":"sancionada-ley-de-vacunas-contra-el-covid-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/luchonoticias.com\/editor\/sancionada-ley-de-vacunas-contra-el-covid-19\/","title":{"rendered":"Sancionada ley de vacunas contra el COVID 19"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque sancion\u00f3 en Ibagu\u00e9 la <strong>Ley que declara de inter\u00e9s general la estrategia para la inmunizaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n colombiana contra covid-19<\/strong> y la lucha contra cualquier pandemia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta Ley tiene por objeto tambi\u00e9n <strong>establecer medidas administrativas y tributarias para la financiaci\u00f3n y la gesti\u00f3n<\/strong> de los asuntos relacionados con la inmunizaci\u00f3n contra covid-19.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cRepresenta una herramienta muy importante en estos momentos, no solamente porque <strong>nos permite actualizar y modernizar nuestra legislaci\u00f3n en estas materias,<\/strong> sino porque tambi\u00e9n le da instrumentos al Estado para hacer inversiones de riesgo que nos permitan adquirir vacunas para poder enfrentar el covid-19\u201d, dijo el Mandatario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que es una Ley que <strong>ha contado con un respaldo multipartidista en el Congreso de la Rep\u00fablica<\/strong>, con el acompa\u00f1amiento permanente del Ministerio de Salud y de dirigentes de la sociedad civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGracias a esta Ley, Colombia tiene una nueva capacidad, una capacidad moderna para enfrentar esta situaci\u00f3n y que hagamos la adquisici\u00f3n, no solamente a trav\u00e9s de los veh\u00edculos multilaterales de Covax, sino tambi\u00e9n en las negociaciones bilaterales que se han llevado a cabo con los laboratorios en todos los lugares del mundo donde hemos visto significativos avances en t\u00e9rminos de efectividad\u201d, recalc\u00f3 el Jefe de Estado.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Presidente Iv\u00e1n Duque sancion\u00f3 en Ibagu\u00e9 la Ley que declara de inter\u00e9s general la estrategia para la inmunizaci\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n colombiana contra covid-19 y la lucha contra cualquier pandemia.
