Este avance significa que cerca de 300 mil personas lograron acceder a una vivienda propia, lo que representa un cumplimiento del 82,3 % de la meta establecida para todo el cuatrienio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El dato fue revelado por el viceministro de Agua Potable y Saneamiento B\u00e1sico, Edward Libreros, con base en la m\u00e1s reciente Encuesta Nacional de Calidad de Vida del DANE. Entre 2023 y 2024, el d\u00e9ficit habitacional disminuy\u00f3 2,1 puntos porcentuales, principalmente gracias a la reducci\u00f3n del d\u00e9ficit cualitativo, que pas\u00f3 de 22,1 % a 20 %, la mayor ca\u00edda registrada desde que se usa la actual metodolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el Ministerio de Vivienda, esta mejora se debe tanto a los esfuerzos aut\u00f3nomos de las familias como a los programas gubernamentales de subsidios y mejoramiento de vivienda, esquemas de autogesti\u00f3n y autoconstrucci\u00f3n, y una din\u00e1mica positiva del financiamiento de vivienda. En este aspecto, el Pacto por el Cr\u00e9dito ha sido clave, permitiendo desembolsos por m\u00e1s de 19 billones de pesos y un crecimiento del 51 % en el cr\u00e9dito para vivienda en el primer trimestre de 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno tambi\u00e9n expidi\u00f3 el Decreto 413 de 2025, que fortalece el programa de mejoramiento de vivienda con un enfoque sostenible, incluyendo tecnolog\u00edas como paneles solares y el re\u00faso de aguas lluvias, e integrando a la econom\u00eda popular en los procesos de ejecuci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el viceministro Libreros destac\u00f3 que se han gestionado recursos por 1,7 billones de pesos para impulsar cerca de 100 mil mejoramientos habitacionales, beneficiando a m\u00e1s de 336 mil personas.
