La vereda Santa Helena, en el corregimiento de R\u00edo Ceibas, fue escenario de una fiesta llena de folclor y tradici\u00f3n con la realizaci\u00f3n de la octava ronda sampedrina, organizada por la Alcald\u00eda de Neiva. Al ritmo del Sanjuanero Huilense, se presentaron las candidatas que representar\u00e1n a esta zona rural en el Reinado Popular.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El evento, liderado por la Secretar\u00eda de Cultura Municipal, reuni\u00f3 a comunidades de varias veredas que llegaron con entusiasmo a disfrutar de una jornada cargada de muestras art\u00edsticas, m\u00fasica y alegr\u00eda. Fue un encuentro que reafirm\u00f3 el valor de las tradiciones en el coraz\u00f3n del Huila.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan Omar Quintero, director de la Oficina del Festival, la ronda fue un \u00e9xito: \u201cLogramos integrar a las comunidades de Vegalarga y R\u00edo Ceibas, que se sienten parte de nuestro festival. Estos espacios son clave para fortalecer nuestra identidad cultural\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Laura Stefania Urrea Bucur\u00fa, de la vereda El Centro, fue elegida como la representante de R\u00edo Ceibas para el certamen de Reinado Popular. Por Vegalarga participar\u00e1n Mar\u00eda Alejandra M\u00e9ndez Medina y Laura Vanessa Pimentel Valenzuela, mientras que Mariana Falla Gonz\u00e1lez representar\u00e1 a R\u00edo Ceibas en el Encuentro Herederos de la Tradici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Con esta jornada, Neiva enciende motores hacia la versi\u00f3n 64 del Festival del Bambuco en San Juan y San Pedro, una celebraci\u00f3n que une a la ciudad en torno al folclor, la m\u00fasica y el orgullo opita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
