La medida busca garantizar la correcta dispersi\u00f3n de los aportes al sistema pensional seg\u00fan las condiciones establecidas en la nueva legislaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los cambios se aplicar\u00e1n seg\u00fan el n\u00famero de semanas cotizadas al 1 de julio de 2025. Las mujeres con 750 semanas o m\u00e1s y los hombres con 900 semanas o m\u00e1s seguir\u00e1n cotizando a la administradora de pensiones a la que est\u00e1n afiliados. En contraste, quienes no cumplan con esos requisitos y tengan un ingreso base igual o inferior a 2,3 salarios m\u00ednimos, cotizar\u00e1n a Colpensiones en el componente de prima media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para quienes tengan menos semanas cotizadas y un ingreso superior a 2,3 salarios m\u00ednimos, el aporte se dividir\u00e1: hasta ese umbral ir\u00e1 a Colpensiones, y el excedente ser\u00e1 enviado a la Administradora del Componente Complementario de Ahorro Individual (ACCAI) correspondiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio aclar\u00f3 que los aportantes, tanto empresas como trabajadores independientes, no deber\u00e1n modificar sus sistemas de n\u00f3mina ni los datos enviados a los operadores de informaci\u00f3n, ya que estos \u00faltimos ser\u00e1n los encargados de aplicar las reglas de dispersi\u00f3n establecidas en la ley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Ministerio de Salud expidi\u00f3 la Resoluci\u00f3n 467 de 2025, que ajusta la Planilla Integrada de Liquidaci\u00f3n de Aportes (PILA) a partir del 1 de agosto de 2025, en cumplimiento de la Reforma Pensional (Ley 2381 de 2024).
