El an\u00e1lisis, basado en la matriz de Contabilidad Social del DANE, permite medir el impacto en sectores, hogares y empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan el escenario de bajo impacto, se estima un aumento del ingreso de los asalariados del 3 %, un crecimiento del empleo en 91 mil personas y una expansi\u00f3n de la econom\u00eda del 0,37 %. Los sectores con mayor generaci\u00f3n de empleo ser\u00edan agricultura, comercio, entretenimiento e industria, con una participaci\u00f3n destacada del 19 % y m\u00e1s de 17 mil empleos cada uno en los dos primeros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sanguino explic\u00f3 que el aumento salarial redistribuir\u00e1 el ingreso, impulsar\u00e1 el consumo en un 0,63 % y dinamizar\u00e1 la econom\u00eda a trav\u00e9s de la demanda agregada, lo que a su vez fortalecer\u00e1 la inversi\u00f3n y la creaci\u00f3n de empleo. El modelo plantea que este crecimiento ser\u00eda beneficioso tanto para trabajadores como para empresarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el ministro tambi\u00e9n destac\u00f3 la propuesta de crear un fondo especial para garantizar un bono pensional a los campesinos, un sector donde solo el 8,6 % de la poblaci\u00f3n en edad de pensi\u00f3n accede actualmente a una jubilaci\u00f3n.
