Seg\u00fan Petro, uno de los principales retrocesos es la exclusi\u00f3n del 80% de los trabajadores del pa\u00eds de los recargos salariales nocturnos, lo que impactar\u00eda directamente en sus ingresos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las modificaciones afectan especialmente a las mujeres trabajadoras y eliminan el pago adicional por los d\u00edas festivos. Tambi\u00e9n expres\u00f3 preocupaci\u00f3n por las restricciones para que los j\u00f3venes puedan acceder a contratos laborales, as\u00ed como la imposibilidad de contar con contratos indefinidos hasta por cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La senadora Ang\u00e9lica Lozano, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n IV, fue mencionada directamente en la publicaci\u00f3n del jefe de Estado como una de las responsables de estos cambios que, seg\u00fan el mandatario, van en contra del objetivo de dignificar el trabajo en Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta declaraci\u00f3n se suma a los recientes enfrentamientos entre el Ejecutivo y sectores del Congreso, en el marco del debate de las reformas sociales impulsadas por el Gobierno.
