Este lunes, la Comisi\u00f3n Cuarta del Senado radicar\u00e1 una nueva ponencia para el tercer debate, en medio de fuertes cr\u00edticas, incluso antes de conocerse el contenido completo. Esta propuesta surge luego del rechazo a la consulta popular planteada por el Gobierno como alternativa para blindar los derechos laborales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque el texto a\u00fan no es p\u00fablico, ya genera divisiones internas. La senadora A\u00edda Avella anunci\u00f3 que presentar\u00e1 una ponencia alternativa, alegando que algunos puntos del nuevo documento se alejan de los principios defendidos por el Gobierno. Esta situaci\u00f3n podr\u00eda complicar el avance de la reforma, cuyo tercer debate se espera iniciar formalmente el martes 27 de mayo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente Gustavo Petro expres\u00f3 su inconformidad con los cambios que, seg\u00fan \u00e9l, desvirt\u00faan la esencia de la reforma original. Acus\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Cuarta de excluir a la mayor\u00eda de trabajadores de beneficios como recargos nocturnos, afectar los derechos de las mujeres y limitar la estabilidad laboral con contratos indefinidos solo por cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En respaldo a esta posici\u00f3n, la CUT y la CGT rechazaron el texto de la nueva ponencia, calific\u00e1ndolo como un retroceso en derechos laborales ya aprobados en C\u00e1mara. Ambas centrales obreras anunciaron que no apoyar\u00e1n el proyecto en su versi\u00f3n actual, sum\u00e1ndose a las alertas lanzadas por sectores del oficialismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Antes de este nuevo cap\u00edtulo, el Congreso realiz\u00f3 audiencias p\u00fablicas con sindicatos, gremios y ciudadanos. Sin embargo, el impacto real de estas discusiones sobre el contenido final de la reforma sigue siendo incierto.
