En concreto, mencion\u00f3 que Uribe fue autor y Gaviria ponente de la Ley 100 y la Ley 50, relacionadas con la privatizaci\u00f3n de la salud y la flexibilizaci\u00f3n laboral, respectivamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El jefe de Estado defendi\u00f3 la Consulta Popular presentada por su Gobierno ante el Senado, argumentando que busca desmontar el modelo que ha fomentado la inequidad y la violencia en Colombia. \u201cQueremos salir de ese modelo\u201d, se\u00f1al\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan Petro, los expresidentes no han sabido aceptar los cambios hist\u00f3ricos del pa\u00eds y, al quedarse anclados en el pasado, ahora \u201cjuegan a la desesperada al golpe\u201d.
