El debate fue liderado por el diputado Nelson Jes\u00fas Murcia Ome y cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 120 ciudadanos de Isnos, Pitalito y zonas rurales cercanas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n, los asistentes expresaron preocupaciones sobre los posibles retrasos y la entrega incompleta de la obra. El diputado Murcia hizo un llamado en\u00e9rgico a la interventor\u00eda, contratada por Inv\u00edas por $6.500 millones, para que se garantice la ejecuci\u00f3n total del proyecto y se evite su liquidaci\u00f3n anticipada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario de V\u00edas e Infraestructura, Andr\u00e9s Camilo Cabrera, explic\u00f3 que los retrasos no son graves y se deben a factores clim\u00e1ticos y geot\u00e9cnicos. Reiter\u00f3 la necesidad de que se respeten las condiciones contratadas y se garantice la terminaci\u00f3n del proyecto completo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El anillo tur\u00edstico del sur del Huila contempla un recorrido de 45 kil\u00f3metros y es considerado una obra clave para impulsar el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico y la conectividad entre municipios como San Agust\u00edn, Isnos y Pitalito.
