Para Luna, esta medida es ilegal, confiscatoria y arbitraria, ya que modifica la carga tributaria sin pasar por el Congreso y vulnera el principio de legalidad en materia impositiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLo que est\u00e1n haciendo es raspando la olla para la campa\u00f1a. Le est\u00e1n metiendo al bolsillo de los colombianos una reforma tributaria disfrazada para financiar buses, tarimas y aplausos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, advirti\u00f3 que el Gobierno est\u00e1 empe\u00f1ando el futuro del pa\u00eds para sostener su narrativa pol\u00edtica a punta de chequera p\u00fablica, y le envi\u00f3 un mensaje al presidente Gustavo Petro:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cQue le quede claro, Presidente: los aplausos comprados nunca sonar\u00e1n m\u00e1s fuerte que un pa\u00eds que ya se dio cuenta de la farsa.
