Estos galardones, considerados los \u2018Oscar\u2019 del sector, destacan al pa\u00eds como uno de los principales destinos tur\u00edsticos de Suram\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colombia fue postulada en diez categor\u00edas como mejor destino del continente, con menciones especiales para Bogot\u00e1, Medell\u00edn y Barranquilla. Tambi\u00e9n fueron reconocidas infraestructuras clave como el Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado, el puerto de Cartagena y el centro de convenciones \u00c1gora de Bogot\u00e1, junto a una agencia de viajes y once hoteles del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En total, 22 nominaciones resaltan destinos puntuales, incluyendo por primera vez al santuario de Las Lajas (Nari\u00f1o) como destino l\u00edder. Este compite con \u00edconos internacionales como el desierto de Atacama (Chile) y Machu Picchu (Per\u00fa). El Parque Nacional Natural Tayrona tambi\u00e9n figura entre los destacados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de ser nominado como mejor destino de Suram\u00e9rica, Colombia figura en categor\u00edas como turismo juvenil, cultura, gastronom\u00eda y cruceros. Seg\u00fan ProColombia, estos reconocimientos ratifican la riqueza y diversidad de la oferta tur\u00edstica nacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ProColombia, por su parte, fue nominada como Mejor Agencia de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica del mundo.
