Un equipo de 180 investigadores trabaja para identificar a los responsables materiales e intelectuales del ataque, ocurrido recientemente en Bogot\u00e1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El principal sospechoso es un menor de 15 a\u00f1os, aprehendido en flagrancia, quien ser\u00e1 procesado bajo el Sistema de Responsabilidad Penal para Adolescentes. La Fiscal\u00eda imputar\u00e1 los delitos de tentativa de homicidio y porte ilegal de armas, en audiencias reservadas este lunes 9 de junio. El joven podr\u00eda recibir una sanci\u00f3n educativa y reparadora de hasta ocho a\u00f1os, conforme a la ley 1098 de 2006.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fiscal general, Luz Adriana Camargo, explic\u00f3 que los menores no enfrentan las mismas penas que los adultos, lo que facilita su instrumentalizaci\u00f3n por parte de estructuras criminales. En este caso, el adolescente fue captado por c\u00e1maras de seguridad disparando con una pistola Glock 9 mil\u00edmetros, cuyo origen fue rastreado hasta Arizona, Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Polic\u00eda confirm\u00f3 que el arma y 12 vainillas fueron incautadas, y actualmente se realiza un an\u00e1lisis bal\u00edstico.
