La Alcald\u00eda de Neiva expidi\u00f3 el Decreto 0172 de 2025 para regular el orden p\u00fablico durante el 64\u00ba Festival del Bambuco en San Juan y San Pedro, que se realizar\u00e1 del 13 al 30 de junio. Las medidas buscan preservar la seguridad y la sana convivencia durante esta tradicional celebraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dentro de las principales prohibiciones est\u00e1n el uso y venta de espuma, harina, vuvuzelas, armas de cualquier tipo (incluso de fogueo o aerosoles de pimienta), sustancias peligrosas y p\u00f3lvora, especialmente la que contiene f\u00f3sforo blanco. Tambi\u00e9n se proh\u00edbe instalar silleter\u00eda sin autorizaci\u00f3n, reproducir m\u00fasica comercial durante los desfiles oficiales, emplear menores de edad en actividades comerciales y usar drones, salvo autorizaci\u00f3n oficial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La ruta oficial de los desfiles comenzar\u00e1 en el primer retorno Norte-Sur de la Avenida In\u00e9s Garc\u00eda de Dur\u00e1n, pasar\u00e1 por la glorieta del monumento a la Madre Tierra y continuar\u00e1 por la calzada occidental de la avenida Circunvalar hasta el puente de El Tiz\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Respecto a los horarios, los establecimientos comerciales podr\u00e1n funcionar entre las 10:00 a.m. y las 3:00 a.m. en la zona urbana y hasta la 1:00 a.m. en los corregimientos. Las grader\u00edas y palcos operar\u00e1n de 8:00 a.m. a 1:00 a.m., mientras que los inscritos en el programa \u00abRumba Responsable\u00bb podr\u00e1n extender sus actividades hasta las 5:00 a.m. con certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finalmente, la Alcald\u00eda reiter\u00f3 que estas disposiciones buscan asegurar una celebraci\u00f3n arm\u00f3nica y segura, manteniendo el ambiente festivo que caracteriza a este importante evento del folclor colombiano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
